Homecoming Week 9/15-9/19
Homecoming week was a busy week for Neural Activity. We started off the week with a Neural Activity Meeting with the freshman. We talked about the upcoming events for homecoming week, and Neural Activity's role in the parade. We asked all the freshman to show up at the parade with their green Neural Activity shirts. We emphasized the more people the better. On Thursday night they had the powder puff play offs, the winner would get the money from dollar day. Unexpectedly Macharnie gave us the prize money they won from the game. This started off our spending money for the activities for the members. We really appreciated the money to start off the club. On Friday we had the parade with the Neural Activity float, unfortunately our float looked pretty lame. However, it was a learning experience, and we will do better next year. We were a bit under prepared because we didn't have tape. So we had to re-plan what we were going to do for the float. On top of that out of around 30 freshman only 14 came, next time we will shoot for higher numbers.
