12/13/14 Fruita Christmas Parade

Today we advertised the Neural Activity Club in the Fruita Christmas Parade. Not only did we advertise for our club we also advertised for the Polar Bear Plunge which is a fundraiser for the Neural Activity County Club. Last Monday we told our Neural Activity Club members to come and participate in the parade with us, and luckily 5 were able to come. We had a small float with one person dressed up as a polar bear. I was in charge of handing out candy to all the middle school kids. It would have been a lot easier if we had more people so we could hand out more candy. Even though we had to quickly hand out candy it was still super cold!! But hopefully it sparked an interest in some of the people watching the parade, and encouraged them to come join the club.
